Pacific Group Annual Bus Trip

The Pacific Group from Santa Monica will be here for fun, fellowship, and a meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous on Saturday, August 10th.

~ WE NEED YOU TO HOST ~

This is your chance to be of service, form lasting friendships and help us continue this tradition. The planning committee will be scheduling meetings soon. We have several open service positions. Approximately 50 A.A. members are needed to open their hearts & homes to host our friends from Santa Monica on this weekend.

►  $40 Become a Host (includes BBQ & Dance for 2)
►  $25 Meet & Greet BBQ Lunch (Pacific Group arrival at noon)
►  $20 BBQ Only
►  $5 Dance (After A.A. Meeting)

SATURDAY – August 10th

►  9 AM Setup & BBQ Prep
►  Noon Pacific Group Arrives (Reception Line)
►  12:30 PM BBQ
►  7 PM A.A. Meeting (Hosted by Pacific Group)
►  9 PM Dance

SUNDAY – August 11th

►  9 AM Softball & Fellowship (230 17-Mile Drive, Pacific Grove)
►  Noon Pacific Group Departs
